Shampoo and towel dry hair to remove excess water. Wind perm rollers. Starting at the nape of the neck apply the perm solution evenly to hair. Leave to process according to bottle directions. During this time check the curl action. Rinse off well with tepid water and fix with Perm Neutralizer. Leave on for 8-10 minutes.
