Expand Volume Conditioner is a pH-balanced moisturizing formula fortified with hydrolyzed keratin protein to give volume and strength to fine, limp hair while conditioning and locking in color. Great for color-treated hair, and ideal paired with Expand Volume Shampoo.

How to use: Massage a small amount into clean, wet hair, leave 2-3 minutes, and rinse to a slight film (don't rinse squeaky clean). Ideal with Expand Volume Shampoo. pH 4.0-5.0.
